Apply mascara after you have put on eyeliner, then eye makeup on the lid. Then, use an eyelash comb to separate the lashes. Use an eyelash curler if desired. This crimps the eyelashes up. Hold the lashes for 5 to 10 seconds each in the eyelash curler. Then, lightly pat the closed mascara container against your hand to remove any dried makeup.
